During the first year, the requirements for the Competence Centre (CC) will be collected and analysed in order to define the range of services and support to be offered by 4CH. This, in turn, will determine the operational framework of the Competence Centre for their provision. After this, work will focus on the implementation, gathering the information and building a Knowledgebase as well as providing training and advice. By the end of the third year, 4CH will also have established the policy and financial structure for the future functioning of the Competence Centre.

The tasks required are divided into nine Work Packages which span one or more of the four defined phases: concept, assembly, fine-tuning and CC kick-off.
