From 17th to 19th December at the Palazzo dei Congressi

4CH, Competence Centre for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, has chosen “tourismA – Archaeology and Cultural Tourism Exhibition” for its first event in Italy. The project, funded by the European Commission, will be present at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Florence from the 17th to 19th December with an information stand.

4CH aims to create a European Centre of Competence for the conservation of cultural heritage through the use of digital and information technologies; its implementation has been entrusted to a consortium of institutions with transversal skills.

Prisma is honoured to be part of this consortium and contributes to various tasks, among other things it deals with communication and event organization.

“Preserving and enhancing the Italian cultural heritage: the contribution of the 4CH project “

The first workshop will be held on Saturday 18th  December at 09.30 to activate community participation and receive information on the initiatives underway, on the problems and needs of museums.

For this reason, experts from the most important Italian cultural institutions have been invited to talk about their experiences and discuss the possible contributions and support that the future Competence Centre can bring to Cultural Heritage across Europe.
